The Bowen Technique

The Bowen Technique (Bowen Therapy) is a holistic body therapy. Bowen Therapy uses gentle moves over muscles and soft tissue which stimulate the release of tension and stress empowering the body's own resources to naturally reset and heal itself.

Treatable conditions include back, neck and shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, knee problems, sporting injuries, tennis elbow and RSI, migraine, sciatica and more.
