Using advanced techniques we go beyond the Choice Life Coaching programme (while still retaining the outline as a direction) and begin to both understand and develop your prior motivations, beliefs values and core-self that makes you who you are today. To do this we engage change at the level of your unconscious-self and thus look at developing new habits of success. This process is very much a generative process and will make pervasive changes throughout your life that will continue to shape you and your direction over the years.

Also included is three Bowen Technique sessions.  The purpose of these treatments is to reset and realign the body ensuring healthy mind-body connection, balancing the body in relation to the mind and allowing for any changes to naturally occur at the anatomical level.  These can be taken up anytime during the programme.

• Up to 2 free 30 minute telephone sessions per month. This can help to provide extra boost and/or motivation where needed. 
• Personality profiling – Understanding your strengths and weaknesses and how to maximise your strengths in the contexts of your life that will further develop you. This helps you to understand how you operate in certain circumstances and why you do things you do or act in certain ways. This is a very eye-opening experience that really does enrich people’s lives and perception of themselves and others.
• The mapping out of your core beliefs, values and identities that do and do not serve you or your future.
• Advanced techniques to change deeply held behaviours and beliefs
• The learning and application of advanced techniques and skills that you can use on your own in the comfort of your own home. This gives you the power to change long after the coaching has finished. A very powerful and self enhancing process to the Elite Life Coaching programme.

At £180 per session the Elite choice is a detailed, provocative programme that is everlasting. Each session lasts up to 1 hour, though there is flexibility of a further 30 minutes where necessary.

We are also able to offer the flexibility to start on the Choice programme and at any time, upgrade to the Elite programme.  This allows you the flexibility for your own life changes.
