One to One Life Coaching

Many people who use this service have a specific problem that they are dealing with but do not know what to do or how to go about it. Some typical examples are:

  • Need to lose the last few pounds but don't have the motivation to go on.
  • A phobia or fear of something
  • Stoping smoking
  • Anxiety, panic attacks, depression or stress
  • Career change but don't know what or how
  • Feelings of hurt or anger but don't like to feel that way any more
  • Lack confidence or need to be more assertive
  • Low self esteem or self worth
  • Nervousness or lack of confidence in social situations or when presenting
  • Hate being put 'on-the-spot'

  • Needing to understand particular groups of people
  • Strategies for sleeping
